Friday was my birthday- 47 years and still going! After Bethan and I had seen Cardiff Blues beat Glasgow Warriors, Gill and I enjoyed a really good Chinese meal together at Yang's in Grangetown, Cardiff, and yesterday she bought me a new desk for my study. In fact, I'm writing this blog at it now.
Today is our anniversary- 18 years of marriage. How anyone can live with me for that length of time is a complete mystery, which just shows how fortunate I am to have met Gill. Thank God!

Gosh - and I remember going to an engagement party for you and Gill - though I was just too young to drink at the time! Where did those 18 years go?
I think Ian Botham said that his marriage survived because he was away a lot!

Happy Birthday for last Friday gorgeous! What better way to celebrate than attend a Rugby World Cup game and watch your team thrash the opposition.
