It's been a hectic few days. It seemed like I caught up with the world and his wife in Fort Wayne. After being soundly beaten by Andy Booth on a putting green/crazy glof course on Thursday, I flew to San Antonio for the next round of concerts. Amongst the audience that night were good friend Steve Green who works with Max Lucado, and Lott Schudde - one time road manager for Newsboys. I hadn't seen Lott for about 8 years or so!. Next day was Tyler, and after a good round of golf with Brad (good for me, bad for him but he still beat me by 7 shots.) I hired a car and drove to Dallas to visit my son James. Despite heavy rush hour traffic and a hold up because of an accident ahead, I really enjoyed a couple of hours hanging out with James, seeing his new apartment and finding out his latest thinking on moving permanently to the USA. Here's a picture of us in the clubhouse of his apartment complex. There are some more photos of James and his apartment in the 'family' album on this blog.Today we are in Houston, and in a while we'll all be taking part in the Gulu Walk which is a fundraiser for a project with displaced children in Uganda. I'll share more about this in the next couple of days.
