I'm currently on a couple of weeks of study for my Master's degree- this week "Pauline Pneumatology' and next week 'The Spirit in the Old Testament' - I'm enjoying the seminars greatly and looking forward to writing 2 research papers over the coming months. Not sure what the subjects will be yet, but over the last couple of days I've been drawn towards Paul's metaphors for the Holy Spirit- a seal, and a guarantee/deposit in particular, so it may well be that I delve deeper into them.
God be with you as you study. I pray that you are able to absorb and understand all that the Lord is wanting you to know over these few months. I pray that you do not become overwhelmed. I pray that all spiritual wisdom and knowledge are yours and that nothing of which God wants you to grasp will be lost. I pray that it is God's divine revelation that feeds your spirit and the influence of Man's foolish wisdom be kept at bay. I thank the Lord in advance that any new seeds that may be planted will grow deep roots in fertile soil, by which only the hand of God tends.
God's blessing upon you during this time Nigel.

I love the picture Paul paints of the HS in Eph 1.
